New Commercial Real Estate Company Opens with Marketing Expertise

Eau Claire – Former television news anchors and local marketing agency owners Chris Herzog and Sarah Stokes are proud to announce they’re expanding once again and will now assist friends, neighbors, and business associates with the biggest purchase of their lives: commercial real estate. STOKES|HERZOG Realty is now open for business.

“This has been a dream of mine for several years. We are excited about helping bring buyers and sellers together when it comes to commercial property. Business and industrial space is the lifeblood of our community and being involved in helping companies buy and sell property is very exciting and rewarding,” said co-owner Chris Herzog.
