When should you hire a PR consultant?
The answer is now. I’m a PR consultant – so of course I’m going to say that – but knowing how real life works in the business world… that answer has a couple of parts to it, depending on your situation.
You should hire a PR consultant when you know you’ve got a problem coming down your path. Perhaps it’s going to affect your reputation or your people. The earlier you get a strategic PR plan in place, the less sleep you will lose.
